Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Custom and personalized orders

Please use the box called 'Optional Note to Seller' to send us your personalisation details - this box pops up when you add the item to your cart.
We will engrave your message exactly as you type it, so please take great care with spelling and punctuation. Many customers use "quotation marks" to highlight their message - we will NOT engrave these unless you specifically ask us to.
We try to start work on orders straight away, so please be aware that we may not be able to make changes to your order once it has been placed - please contact us via Etsy conversations to discuss
No coupons for customized orders.

Care instructions

All our gifts are wrapped in colored tissue paper, lots of bubble wrap to protect it during its journey, and a new brown cardboard box.
I do offer a gift box/wrapping/ ribbon tie service at a minimal cost of $15 per order. Please convo. If you are outside the USA I do indicate the value of what's inside the box on the customs label.
